While we can’t teach our classes in person like we are used to, we CAN deliver to you INSTAGRAM LIVE ONLINE CLASSES with your favorite instructors and trainers!

Here’s how to access the classes:

1. Sign Up for Instagram Account or Log In to your Instagram account
2. Follow @vimfitness
3. At the time of the scheduled class, click on the @vimfitness icon that says LIVE in red
4. You will then be LIVE STREAMING your favorite instructors!

Don’t have/want Instagram?
After the class has finished, we will be posting the recording to Facebook for those who prefer that platform.

FIGHT FIT

Fighter fitness is a program designed to experience the rigorous working it takes preparing someone for a professional bout. Classes vary from High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), kettle bell training and calisthenics bag workouts.

BOXING 101

Boxing utilizes hand strikes, head movement and foot work to create an intense and challenging sport that will push your limits.

About the Instructor: Lionel Young

Lionel is the middle child of 7 boys, so this led to him playing sports early. His love of basketball and football lead him to mixed martial arts. After competing in several professional bouts as a mixed martial artist and professional boxer, he found himself working with strength and conditioning coaches. After years of training people for fights and working with his own weight coaches, he decided to try to become a certified personal trainer.

Upon graduating from AAPT in 2017 he has been working in the field ever since. He has a vast knowledge in weight loss, core strength, and strength & conditioning, with a background in wrestling, boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian jiu jitsu.
