Attendance Policies

Group Exercise Late Cancel/No Show Policy (Yoga, Dance, Cardio, Strength):
If you are unable to attend a group exercise class, please remove yourself from the class list via our website, the VIM app, or the MindBody app. If a member late cancels or no-shows to a class, they will receive a strike on their account. A late cancel occurs when a member cancels their class less than 1 hour before the scheduled start time of the class. If a member cancels their reservation more than 1 hour before class, a strike will NOT occur.

We will be pulling reports every 90 days, and if members have accumulated more than 3 strikes during this time period, they will not be able to sign up for classes for 30 days. Members who have received more than 3 strikes during this time period are still able to attend classes as a drop-in, but they are not able to pre-register. Once the 30 days are up, members will be able to pre-register for classes again. Please contact [email protected] with questions on this group exercise policy.

Attendance Policy for SGT/Team Training:
Given the 4 person capacity of Small Group Training and 10 person capacity of Team Training, we have specific sign up and cancellation policy’s for these classes. We request that all sign ups for morning classes (6/630/7am) are completed by 10pm the prior day, while all other classes can be signed up for up to 1 hour ahead of class. As well, Small Group and Team Training sessions require a 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged. An absent/no show will also count as a late cancel and will result in a charge. In extreme situations or emergencies we will always try to help you avoid a late cancel, and in those instances please contact Teddy at [email protected], as soon as you know you will not be able to attend class, in order to discuss. The 3 Strike policy still pertains to Small Group and Team Training.

Attendance Policy for Pilates Reformer:
VIM Pilates has a 24 hour cancellation policy for Group Reformer classes, duets, and privates. If a client late cancels, he/she will be charged the full amount of the session. Please email your teacher directly to late cancel.

    Good morning,
    Do you offer a free week for those who are thinking about signing up for a membership? I want to ensure I like the classes that are available during the times that work my schedule and would love the opportunity to try them out prior to committing to a membership. In regards to the class schedule, is it set or does it change every once and a while? I was really hoping to see more HIIT/Cardio classes around the 4-6 timeframe but it seems like on most days those are scheduled later in the evening.
