Aysha started her pole fitness journey 4 years ago with no background in dance or gymnastics, only a curiosity and strong willingness to try! She quickly fell in love with pole as an amazing physical and creative outlet that completely transformed her outlook on health and fitness. Aysha is dedicated to helping students of all levels build strength, confidence, and artistry through safe, supportive instruction. She is passionate about creating a safe space where students feel empowered to try new things, express themselves, and strengthen their mind-body connection. When Aysha isn’t in the pole studio, you can find her weightlifting, painting, or trying new restaurants around the city!

Jada Bonds is a high-energy cycling instructor who brings passion, inclusivity, and great music to every ride. With years of experience leading group fitness classes, Jada knows how to create an atmosphere that’s both empowering and fun. Her classes blend rhythmic choreography, motivational coaching, and themed playlists - everything from K-pop to R&B to Beyoncé - to keep riders moving, sweating, and smiling.
Jada became a certified instructor to challenge stereotypes about who belongs in fitness spaces and to make movement feel joyful and accessible to everyone, no matter their size, experience level, or background. She’s especially passionate about creating spaces where people can show up as their full selves and leave feeling stronger, mentally and physically.

Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned rider, Jada’s rides will push you, hype you up, and remind you why you showed up in the first place!

Meet ‼️NEW‼️VIM instructor Carola Perez! S Meet ‼️NEW‼️VIM instructor Carola Perez! She’ll be teaching Sunday 11am Total Strength and Monday 11am Functional Strength start this Sunday July 13!

Carola discovered her passion for fitness while attending college in New Orleans, where she would often search for the nearest gym. What began as a personal outlet to support her mental health quickly became a way of life.

Now a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Carola is passionate about helping others feel confident and empowered through movement. Her classes are high-energy, supportive, and designed to help you become your healthiest, strongest self — with a little Latin flair!

Meet Anna! She teaches Strength & Conditioning Tue Meet Anna! She teaches Strength & Conditioning Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5pm!!

Anna has always been a very active, motivated woman. For 9 years she was a competitive dancer, in high school she ran track and placed tops in the state, and in college she shifted her focus to competing in women’s bodybuilding. She started body-building in 2021, and first competed in summer of 2024. In her first show as a bikini competitor, she placed 1st in her class which qualified her for the national stage. In addition to placing 1st in her class, she placed 2nd overall in his first competition, and 3rd overall in her second competition. Anna is currently training with a goal to compete again in summer of 2026 and earn her IFBB Pro Card.

Anna’s goal as an instructor and trainer is to help make the gym a safe place for her clients. This entails helping each individual client become more confident in their own bodies, pushing them physically and mentally to reach their goals, and helping to grow the fitness community in which she has fallen in love with.

Meet VIM’s newest yoga instructor, Abby! She now Meet VIM’s newest yoga instructor, Abby! She now teaches Vinyasa Flow Wednesdays at 6:30pm!

Abby has always found peace in movement. After dancing her whole life, she was drawn to yoga when she was left without a built-in outlet to move after graduating from college. She loves that yoga allows her to be present in a world that is always moving forward, and empowers her students to find their own sense of presence in her class. As a classically trained ballet dancer, Abby brings an emphasis on alignment and form to each of her classes, while focusing on moving the body to breath. Abby graduated from Down Under Yoga’s 200 Hour Teacher Training this past year, and is excited to be a part of the VIM Fitness community.
