Our personal training staff is comprised of fitness professionals who have the educational and practical background to train any client.
Our staff is made up of exercise physiologists and certified personal trainers who hold nationally accredited certifications combined with valuable fitness experience and expertise.
Our training philosophy is to deliver high quality personal training through developing and maintaining a knowledgeable, caring, and client results driven PT staff.
3 Month Option Plans
12 Sessions for 3 months at $319.00/mo
1 session per week over 3 months
24 Sessions for 3 months at $619.00/mo
2 sessions per week over 3 months
36 Sessions for 3 months at $899.00/mo
3 sessions per week over 3 months
*3-MONTH PLANS ARE BILLED ON THE AGREEMENT DATE AND OVER THE COURSE OF 3 MONTHS. SESSIONS ARE PROVIDED UPFRONT AND ROLL OVER TO EACH MONTH UNTIL USED. ALL SESSIONS EXPIRE AFTER 6 MONTHS.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A twenty-four hour notice is required for all cancellations. Client cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice or client no shows for scheduled appointments, are subject to the cost of the service. Clients who are more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment may not receive their service.
