    I took Emily’s spin class recently and she was a great instructor! She really pushed us hard and kept us motivated the whole time. It was my first time doing spin and I learned a lot from it. Can’t wait to do it again!

    I took yoga sculpt with Kevin and had a great time! He was motivating and worked us hard. I really appreciated his modifications and awesome playlist. Definitely will be there again

    I took Kevin’s vinyasa yoga class and absolutely loved it. It’s great for people of all levels, and manages to do a lot in one hour without feeling rushed. It’s my favorite yoga class I’ve ever taken!

    I really enjoy taking Michelle’s barre and pilates classes, but the way the new sign up is set up (available 5 days ahead of time) makes it almost impossible to reserve a spot anymore and I haven’t been able to get in for weeks! 🙁

    Laura and Erin are my two favorite spin instructors!

    I’ve taken a lot of spin classes and they are without a doubt the most energetic and motivating instructors. The music is always something that you’ve heard of, but not too much of. They both give you enough instruction on what you’ll be doing next, while talking through the workout, specifically at points where they know you’ll slack off a little or need an extra boost.

    I LOVE CHISEL WITH AZURE. Thank goodness she added a class on Wednesdays nights too. Her class is always packed but she makes sure to make as much room as she can, even if the class is full online. Her music is great too. Also, shout out to Kevin who I’ve taken yoga sculpt and yoga with a few times. He works you hard while being fun and encouraging. He’s also pretty cute so that makes getting to class a little easier, ha ha. I wish these two taught more classes, I’d go to them all!

    For anyone who likes spin classes, you must try Sabrina’s class. She pushes you to the limit and makes it burn! You walk out feeling exhausted but amazing. She won’t let you quit no matter how hard it gets and motivates you to do the best YOU can do. The time flies by and the energy level is high the whole time so it keeps you moving. I would recommend her class to anyone who likes spin!

    I often go for BollyX class with Dalia. She is amazing! Its great workout and she makes it a lot of fun! I would recommend to everyone.

    I had a fabulous and energizing time at your two excellent gym locations during my one month membership in August (I live abroad in Asia, but visit Cambridge several times a year for a few weeks at a time). VIM trainers are highly professional and amazing motivators, as well as being lots of fun. I did Bootcamp X with Jessica P., Pilates Mat and Piloxing with Michelle, Tabata with Dimitra, Yoga Sculpt with Leah, Chisel with Azure and Core Yoga with Allison. The gym premises are kept very clean and neat. I love the natural light at UP. I used to join another gym, but it did not compare. I am very much looking forward to my next visit and to joining VIM classes again with the great team. Until then…Best regards to all…Leyla

    Jessica P’s Bootcamp and Circuit classes are incredible! She is so high energy and motivating! Alison’s Sunday renewal yoga and her Thursday core yoga are great all around yoga classes! Kerry’s yoga classes are really wonderful as well. The downside- Betsy’s barre classes work you out but she really doesn’t seem like she wants to be there at all. She speaks in a monotone the whole time. And Valerie’s yoga class was unorganized and painful to sit through. Overall, great quality classes in a clean, high end gym!
