Using a unique blend of experiences, I approach movement and health with an open mind and adaptable attitude. Each client is an individual and requires a specific approach to make the changes they are looking for happen. With this understanding, a wealth of personal health experiences to reference, a decade of professional training and coaching, a lifetime of athletic pursuits, and using the lessons learned simply by living, I approach your movement and health needs with keen eyes and ears to make safe and effective analysis, corrections, and modifications on the spot and in your programming. We will use the same open minded adaptability to work through mindset, nutrition, recovery, sleep, and life habits and skills.
My goal as your trainer is not to work with you forever but rather to give you the tools to be the healthiest and happiest person you can be (and maybe end up with a new homie in the process.)
