Teddy began his fitness journey as a youth athlete playing baseball, basketball, and football and experiencing team sports and the competitive environment they breed, and he was in love. Moving up in experience and skill he honed his abilities and decided on baseball and track & field, playing throughout high school and then continuing his baseball career into college.
Once in college he stepped back from Athletics to focus on earning his Bachelor’s of Arts from Berklee College of Music but still continued his personal fitness journey in the weight room and in pick-up and recreation league games.
In 2014, after being approached to train a co-worker, he decided to get his first certification from the American Council on Exercise as a personal trainer, and immediately began working with clients independently and in an athletic training facility in Milford, MA.
In 2016 he earned his second certification as a Fitness Nutritionist, again from ACE, and in 2018 he earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist title from NSCA. Since his first certification, Teddy has worked one on one with youth and adult clients, high school and collegiate teams and athletes, and privately as a nutritionist for both weight management and sport specific clients. Teddy uses his wide-array of experiences in athletics and fitness to teach people how to be the best human they can be. He believes that movement, food, and mindset are all equal components of the health game and coaches each individual to be the best person they can be, in and out of the gym.
