Emma began her interest in health and fitness in college, where she studied Bioengineering with a focus in biomechanics. In 2018, she took her first hot yoga class and began to truly enjoy exercise for the first time. From there, she started weightlifting and found that taking charge of her health through movement and proper nutrition started to build confidence in all aspects of her life. She earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2022, and continued her health education, finishing her personal trainer and nutrition coach certifications in 2024. Outside the gym, Emma also works as an engineer and has experience balancing health and fitness with a 9-5 schedule. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and as much travel as she can.
As a personal trainer, Emma supports clients in achieving their fitness goals through proper technique, strategic training plans, and nutrition and lifestyle guidance. She designs her programs to empower and build confidence for her clients, both inside the gym and out. She truly believes that taking charge of your health is one of the best things you can do to live well, and she ensures that every client is able to learn and grow in their fitness journey. She also takes an individualized approach, knowing that nutrition, lifestyle, history, and preferences play a large role in client success. Her goal is that you leave every session feeling confident, challenged, and accomplished.
