Taylor is a veteran trainer who brings a lifelong commitment to health and wellness to his training practice. His approach is to use what he knows about training (as evidenced by his professional certifications: NASM-CPT, CES, PES, FNS, WLS) with a broad knowledge of health, wellness and herbal nutrition to provide a comprehensive approach to fitness. He takes satisfaction in developing very personalized training routines for his very diverse client base.
