Tara specializes in injury prevention, workout optimization and kettlebell training. As a strength and athletics coach, personal trainer, dancer and martial artist, she aspires to help people continually master their movement challenges.
For nearly a decade, she has been working with clients and athletes ages 4 to 82. She is certified as a personal trainer, kettlebell instructor (SFG & SFB), movement screen specialist (FMS), and functional strength coach (CFSC). She has won national Kung Fu and Taiji competitions and toured professionally as a dancer. She currently teaches dance and coaches athletics at Shady Hill School and Buckingham Browne & Nichols School. She also teaches the Strength & Conditioning and Boxing Conditioning classes at VIM.
