The SPPT Program is an exciting new offering that sits at the intersection of 1-on-1 training and skill-building sessions. Each 13-week program cycle will be created by your trainer. Are you confused about what Surya Namaskar means? Or do you feel like you’re rushing through the poses? Or you are not certain if you’re aligning them correctly? And what are we supposed to be doing with our breath? Come learn more about Surya Namaskar A & B in this 90 minute workshop. We will discuss what the goal of our sun salutations is and why we take them, plus break down each shape and the breath in both Sun A and Sun B. If there is time we will discuss rolling over the toes to downward facing dog, jumping back to chaturanga, and hopping forward to ardha uttanasana. Expect some useful anatomy, individual feedback, and a strong focus on alignment.

Lorenzo grew up between California and Arizona and has been involved in sports and fitness since he could walk. He played football, basketball and track in high school and played college football at Columbia University. After tearing his achilles playing basketball, Lorenzo developed a new relationship with his body and began exploring creative and inclusive approaches to wellness and fitness. As a fitness instructor, Lorenzo cares deeply about helping participants deepen their relationship with their own body beyond egos and scales. His HIIT classes will focus on strength, cardio and mindfulness and are open to people of all skill levels!

Kosta has been training since 2015. He initially went to school for psychology but wanted to combine his passion for athletics and therapy into one, thus making his dedication to fitness training a simple decision. Kosta grew up playing soccer and didn’t lift a single weight until after graduating high school. Being thin and unconfident in himself, he wanted to make a change in himself and tried working with a Personal Trainer. Ever since then, he has grown physically, mentally, and emotionally ever since he took that first step in the fitness world.

Thereafter becoming a Trainer, he has worked with countless clients from different ages, occupations, athletic, non athletic, injury prone, and neurodiverse. He enjoys making a positive change in people’s lives and always wants to be a person people can talk to if they are struggling with anything in their lives. His experience also includes being able to teach small groups and building a community people can look forward to becoming part of. Kosta firmly believes that having a positive outlook while being patient and consistent, is the driving factor of becoming successful.
