Karl’s training takes a holistic approach to fitness. He believes in showing, not telling and has the tools to guarantee success for your personal growth.

Karl comes from a long sports background. He began sporting at the age of 3 when thrown onto a pair of skis and pushed down the bunny slope. From there he’s excelled in basketball, soccer, tennis and especially rugby.

He cut his teeth playing rugby in his hometown of Fairfield, Connecticut, then went on to play with University of Maryland. Recently transplanted, he moved to Boston to train with the professional team The New England Free Jacks.



The real reason why I wanted to reach out to you is because of your stellar trainer, Karl. His professionalism, passion, and continued perseverance towards making sure I achieve my goals has really boosted my confidence—getting back into shape has never been an issue for me, but it’s the want that I’ve always struggled with.

Karl implemented an ethos since day one: keep showing up and we’ll get through it together. That “together” is what really made me want to keep coming back. Why I know he’s the type of guy that won’t give up on your goals so long as you show him some drive. To me, that’s what a model personal trainer should compose themselves as, and Karl has gone above and beyond just that.
