Emily grew up in suburban Boston and has had a lifelong interest in sports and exercise. After dabbling in a variety of organized sports and fitness modalities she discovered she was drawn towards strength training. She is passionate about health and fitness and finds that helping others achieve their fitness goals is her ultimate passion.
Emily is an NASM certified personal trainer with a focus in strength training and bodybuilding. She is an experienced runner and former spin instructor and believes in a holistic approach to fitness and health. She doesn’t believe in the word “can’t”, and thinks we can all do something healthy every day.
