Brittany grew up on Long Island New York. She began playing sports at a young age and was involved in track and field, field hockey, soccer, and softball throughout middle and high school. She also found a passion for working out and attending classes at the gym on a weekly basis, often going to 10+ a week. This helped shape a foundation for her love of fitness today.
Brittany got her Personal Training Certification in the Fall of 2012. She trained throughout her 4 years in college and was able to share her passion with students and faculty of all ages. She was able to share her passion for fitness, and create unique workouts and programs designed to help clients meet their goals.
Today Brittany is a special education teacher by day and a fitness instructor and personal trainer by night. This work has taught her that anyone can reach a goal, but the path one takes and the strategies used to get there are unique. This is a huge thing Brittany implements into her training to help develop safe, effective, individualized plans. She is passionate about helping everyone reach their goals, no matter what challenges may stand in their way.
